Is it true that the next Chinese New Year 2014 will be the beginning of the Year of the Horse?

Though I've checked, I want to be sure. When that happens, I bet it's going to be the biggest Chinese New Year celebration in the My Little Pony community because the Year of the Horse will represent all the equines, including ponies. So not only it will be the Year of the Horse, it's the Year of the Ponies.
I've been thinking about this for over a year now.

When that were to happen, what is your preparations or plan?
